Along the way, you’ll traverse some of Tasmania’s Great Walks including Cradle Mountain’s Dove Lake and Crater Lake, Stanley’s The Nut, Tarkine Rainforest’s Huon Pine and Savage River, and the ‘Edge of the World’, where you will find the longest uninterrupted expanse of ocean on Earth. You’ll also cruise three of Australia’s last truly ‘wild’ rivers - the Arthur, the Pieman and the Gordan. Only by boat can you access history rich locations such as the sunken wreck of the SS Croydon and Sarah Island (the site of a harsh penal settlement).
This action-packed 7-day, self-drive package includes 6-nights in boutique accommodation on a twin-share basis. Your accommodation has been carefully handpicked as the best of its kind in this remote part of Tasmania. Select meals are included as well as activities and experiences as per the itinerary.
