    There will be two yoga and mindfulness classes on each full day and a guided walk, with one yoga free day. The classes will be suitable for all levels and experience (beginners and advanced students are all welcome). Yoga mats, blocks, belts, blankets and cushions are provided.

    A daily guided leisure walk is included each day during the retreat. The walks take you through the lush, irrigated terraces, apple orchards and walnut groves.
