At the top, you’ll have time to enjoy the sweeping views before we make our way down with an exciting descent into Arabba, a charming alpine village surrounded by stunning mountain landscapes.
Next, we take on the Fedaia Pass, a highlight of the Dolomites. This climb is known for its steep sections and breathtaking views, especially the Marmolada glacier, the highest glacier in the region. Once we reach the summit, you’ll have plenty of time to take photos and appreciate the awe-inspiring scenery of the glacier and surrounding peaks.
We’ll finish the day with a well-deserved special dinner at a fantastic local restaurant we’ve recently discovered, offering a perfect end to an unforgettable day in the mountains.

To complete this incredible day of cycling, we will ascend the Falzarego Pass from its more gentle side before descending back toward Canazei. The rest of the evening is yours to relax and recover or explore the vibrant mountain town at your leisure.

You’ll start with the Passo Pordoi, a climb known for its sweeping views and smooth switchbacks. From there, you’ll tackle the Passo Sella, offering dramatic panoramas of jagged peaks and lush valleys. Next, you’ll conquer the Passo Gardena, where the scenery shifts to rolling alpine meadows and quaint mountain villages. Finally, you’ll take on the long Campolongo Pass, ending the ride with a rewarding descent.
What makes the Sella Ronda so enjoyable are its steady, manageable gradients and the incredible views that surround you every step of the way. There’s no flat terrain here – it’s all climbing or descending – but the ride is achievable for most cyclists and offers a truly unforgettable experience. Whether you're here for the challenge or the scenery, this is a ride you’ll remember for years.
Approx. 48km (30 miles), 3-4 hours biking, Elevation gain: 870m (2854ft)

From there, you’ll make your way to Lago di Carezza, a stunning alpine lake renowned for its crystal-clear blue waters and the way it reflects the surrounding mountains and forests. It’s a great place to stop, take some photos, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
This easier ride gives you a chance to recover while still exploring the beauty of the Dolomites. Along the way, you’ll pass through picturesque towns and rolling landscapes that highlight the unique character of this region. For your final evening in Canazei, we’ll recommend a local restaurant where you can unwind and celebrate the incredible journey you’ve had over the past week.
Approx. 51km (32 miles), 3-4 hours biking, Elevation gain: 1920m (6299ft)
Though our time in the Dolomites comes to an end, your next adventure is just beginning as we transfer you to the base of one of Europe’s most legendary climbs: the Passo Stelvio.
After a gentle warm-up ride to prepare your legs, you'll begin the iconic ascent from the town of Prato allo Stelvio. From here, you will embark on the classic route, winding your way up 48 unforgettable hairpin bends carved into the mountainside. The final 5 kilometres are particularly breathtaking, offering some of the most dramatic and photographed cycling scenery in the Alps.
Our support team will be there to capture the moment you reach the summit, where you can celebrate your accomplishment with a well-earned hot chocolate or sandwich while taking in the panoramic views. From the peak, we’ll begin our descent to your next destination: the beautiful Hotel Alu in Bormio, where a delicious dinner awaits you in the hotel’s restaurant.
You'll stay at Hotel Alù in Bormio, a favourite among cyclists, perfectly situated at the crossroads of legendary Alpine passes. Specially tailored for bike riders, the hotel offers tailored services like free access to the Wellness Centre and relaxing sports massages, perfect after a day of riding. Along the way, you'll find plenty of opportunities to stop for coffee, take photos, and chat with fellow riders. The path winds through charming villages and picturesque landscapes, offering a chance to experience the quieter side of this region.
In the evening, we’ll recommend a local restaurant in the heart of Bormio, where you can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine. It’s a low-key yet memorable day to recharge and prepare for the rides ahead.

Today is the Queen Stage of the tour, and it promises to be a memorable ride. Starting in Bormio, we’ll tackle the Passo Gavia, one of the most challenging climbs in the Alps. Unlike the Stelvio with its wide, smooth roads, the Gavia is narrower and rougher, making it a unique and rewarding experience. Along the ride, you’ll pass through stunning mountain landscapes, with breathtaking views that make the effort worthwhile. After reaching the summit, we’ll enjoy a long descent back to Bormio, where you can relax and reflect on completing one of the most iconic climbs in cycling.
Approx. 28km (17 miles), 3-4 hours biking, Elevation gain: 800m (2625ft)

Recently featured in the Giro d’Italia, this climb offers a peaceful yet spectacular journey. As you ascend, the road unfolds with a series of switchbacks, revealing increasingly stunning vistas. Upon reaching the top, you’ll be greeted by the sight of the impressive dams and the serene, turquoise waters of the lakes, providing the perfect backdrop to pause and absorb the magnificent Alpine landscape.
For those seeking one last formidable challenge, the legendary Passo del Mortirolo awaits. Known for its demanding gradients, this climb is an icon in the world of cycling and offers a true test of endurance. Your tour manager will confirm the final program the day before, allowing you to decide if you wish to take on this final feat.
After returning to the hotel for some well-earned relaxation, we will gather for a celebratory farewell dinner. It is the perfect moment to reflect on an unforgettable week of cycling, camaraderie, and adventure through the majestic Italian Alps.
