There is no guest vehicle access allowed on the road to the property meaning you may either choose to walk or helicopter in.
Walk the Scenic Rim Trail and have your luggage transported for you beginning at Thornton View on Main Creek Road. The exact location will be given to you in your pre-arrival documentation. Thorton View is 1.5 hour’s drive from Brisbane and just under 2 hour’s drive from the Gold Coast.
For an additional charge, you may like to helicopter in which we can organize. There is also a potential to do a combination.
The retreat features 6 king ensuite rooms within the main house. There is also a standalone cottage with features the same. The rooms can be configured as a king or two single beds. The maximum capacity for each room is two people, meaning the maximum capacity for the property is 14. All towels and bedding amenities are included. Nestled on the top of a mountain, enjoy complete immersive stay in the Australian bush in chicly styled rooms or the rustic onsite cottage.
You can choose from either catered or self-catered options. For catered option, enjoy chef-prepared meals in the large dining room in the main house and cool beverages & canapes by the fire.
