A Taste Of Tasmania

Grab a table at The Source Restaurant to experience seasonal Tasmanian dining at its finest. Settle in for sweeping views, lush and living moss and herb tables, an award-winning wine list and impeccable service. Lunch and dinner specialities include Ocean Trout with borlotti beans, spring bay mussels and kimchi, and Lamb Collar with harissa, spelt, eggplant, almonds and salt bush. If you’re looking for something a little more casual, head into Faro Bar and Restaurant for sumptuous share plates, or Heavy Metal Kitchen for food straight off the outdoor firepit.

The Art Of Wine & Beer

MONA shares its grounds with Moorilla Estate, one of Tasmania’s oldest wineries. Drink the range at Mona’s bars and restaurants or hit the cellar door for a tasting. Wherever you go, you’ll enjoy small batch premium wines made from estate grown fruit. If that isn’t enough, MONA also boasts a brewery – Moo Brew Beer – that makes seven beers year-round, plus one or two seasonals. No preservatives, no additives.
