Lake Argyle Resort is situated on the banks of Lake Argyle, the largest manmade lake in the Southern Hemisphere. The closest town is to Lake Argyle Kununurra, located 70 kilometres away. The best way to access Kununurra is via the East Kimberley (Kununurra) Regional Airport (KNX).
Embrace the great outdoors in a camping site or powered caravan site or treat yourself to a cabin or Lake View Villa with breathtaking views. The Lake View Villas range in size from one to four bedrooms and are able to sleep up to 10 people. Each villa is air-conditioned with ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms. Amenties include separate lounge/dining area, small kitchen, tea/coffee making facilties, fridge, microwave, large flatscreen TV and private deck overlooking Lake Argyle.
You can enjoy delicious food and drink all year round at the Lake Argyle Restaurant/Café. This restaurant/café is one of the few destinations in the Kimberley that is open seven days a week, serving great snacks and meals throughout the year. Specialities include Stockman’s Steak cooked to your liking with a side salad and choice of jacket potato, garlic mash or golden chips, and pub favourites including fish of the day, chicken parmigiana, burgers, pastas, salads and more.
