Your exciting journey begins with a night at Red Feather Inn, just outside Launceston. Your tour guides will enlighten you on what to expect, after which you will eat a delightful dinner of local fare. Set off on a hike at Waldheim in Cradle Valley, where Weindorfer’s story is told. Climb the steepest section of the Overland Track, which rewards you with inspiring vistas of Cradle Mountain and Dove Lake. Traverse button grass plains where the Cradle Mountain and Barn Bluff are stunning backdrops. Consider taking a swim in Lake Windermere.
