Bungle Bungle Savannah Lodge is nestled in the heart of Purnululu National Park, home to the Bungle Bungle range, one of the most striking geological landmarks in the world.

The best way to access this remote area is to fly from East Kimberley (Kununurra) Regional Airport (KNX). The flight time is approximately one hour in an Aviair fixed wing aircraft.

If you would prefer to drive, a 4WD vehicle is essential. The drive from Kununurra is over 300 kilometres (187 miles) and takes approximately four and a half hours (though road and weather conditions can blow out this time frame).

 

Rustic Cabins For An Untamed Landscape

Stay in one of 27 cabins, purposefully designed to match the wild landscape of Purnululu National Park. Each hard-walled, stand-alone cabin has a comfortable, hotel quality queen bed or king split beds, private ensuite bathroom with eco-friendly bathroom products and front deck with outdoor furniture for you to enjoy the tranquilly of the surrounds. The cabins also feature timber floor, multiple louvre windows for airflow, a pedestal fan, bedside table and wall mounted lights.

A family cabin that can sleep up to four guests is also available.

Homestyle Meals With Flair

Enjoy freshly prepared “homestyle-with-flair” meals infused with native herbs and spices for both breakfast and dinner. Morning and afternoon tea and a picnic lunch are also provided.

 

The Only Swimming Pool In The National Park

Cool off after an action-packed day in the only swimming pool in Purnululu National Park. The jellybean-shaped pool is solar heated and conveniently located next to the fully licenced bar.
