Located within the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park, the track winds along pristine beaches and dramatic coastal cliffs, as well as through coastal bush that comes alive with wildflowers in the Spring. The magnificent karri trees of Boranup forest provide a great contrast, and Cape Leeuwin, which is also the meeting point of two oceans – the Indian and Southern – provides a unique terminus to the track.
