The experience is led by Chef Hiroki Yoshitake, who fuses high-end French cooking techniques with freshly sourced Kyushu Flavors and ingredients to create a memorable dining experience. Guests are encouraged to interact with each other as they are invited to cook their own premium wagyu beef using the BBQ equipment provided.
Restaurant Sola describes its philosophy as "respecting the blessings of nature – the sea, the mountains, the earth – and being free without being bound by genre or preconceptions", words that reflect in the experience. After dinner, you can unwind by a bonfire with a beverage in hand, soaking in the scenic views of Fukuoka City from one of the city's highest vantage points.

The Tented Restaurant in the high volcanic mountains of Unzen features a dining experience inspired by the desire to recreate the luxurious, elegant atmosphere of the Meiji period. During that era, the Unzen was a popular summer resort that welcomed many foreign visitors.
The dining space is situated next to the tranquil Shirakumo pond and is surrounded by Unzen's lush landscape, allowing you to savour not just the food but what you see around.

Aso is famed for its Red Beef, celebrated for its rich, savoury flavour. The beef is prepared over open charcoal and finished with pampas grass smoke, giving it a distinct aroma and taste. Alongside this, you are introduced to a traditional Dengaku-style cuisine.
The menu also features a selection of charcoal-grilled dishes, including konnyaku, tofu, deep-fried tofu, and shiitake mushrooms, all served with a secret miso. There is also the provision of rice balls grown with Aso spring water, served with traditional mustard greens and red pickles.
Terre Maison De Chef
Terre Maison De Chef, led by Chef Takeda Taishi, brings a carefully crafted culinary experience to Kagoshima's most picturesque natural setting. His cuisine fuses Japanese and French influences, creating delectable dishes that feel refined and deeply rooted in local tradition.
The chefs at this restaurant select local seasonal ingredients from contracted farmers. Each dish, handcrafted using high-quality produce and prepared without preservatives, allowing the natural flavours to shine.
Situated close to a Daikon farm, with stunning views of Kita-Dake Mountain, the outdoor setting invites a lively yet relaxing atmosphere, elevating the experience, and allowing guests to slow down and savour their environment as much as the food.
